Overview
The programme enables students to gain detailed and advanced knowledge of different aspects related to Environmental Engineering.
It includes the following subjects: Statistics, Project Management, Interactive Decision Making, Fluid Mechanics, Environmental Microbiology and Chemistry, Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal, Water Reuse, Spatial Planning, Groundwater and Soil Protection, Environmental Impact Assessment, Engineering Surveying and GIS Applications, Wastewater Engineering, Water Treatment, Waste Management, Urban Hydrology, Water Resource Management, Numerical Modelling of Hydrosystems, Modelling Methodologies for the Environment, Thesis Seminar.

Career opportunities
The graduate of MSc Studies in Environmental Engineering is prepared for designing and managing of works related to environmental engineering issues. He/she might work in design offices, water supply companies, water treatment plants, research-development institutes and in other institutions involved in environmental engineering aspects. The graduate is also entitled to apply for enrolment for PhD studies.
